My Account Changes Ahead

Dear Tracfone Customer,

We’re enhancing your account to better support multiple lines.

Starting on February 11th, 2026, Auto-Refill will apply to your entire account.

If your account contains lines not enrolled in Auto-Refill and you take no action by February 11th, 2026, the lines will be separated into new accounts.

To keep all your lines in the current account, please enroll them all in Auto-Refill using the same payment method for all lines.

Auto-Refill icon

Auto-Refill will use one payment method for the entire account.

Accounts icon

Accounts will be limited to 10 lines.

Plans icon

30-Day Unlimited Talk & Text Plans
with different refill dates will be prorated to ensure that all lines in an account have the same Service End Date.

My Rewards icon

If an account is split into multiple accounts due to these changes, any Tracfone My Rewards points will remain with the original account. Additional accounts will accumulate new points as usual.
